Is it free to post a job on eGig?

Yes. Every account can keep one job live for free, with no card needed. Business plans run up to 5 jobs at once and Recruiter plans up to 25.

How does employer verification work?

Add your company’s GSTIN on your company page and we check it, usually within a day. Jobs from verified companies go live at once; other jobs go live after a quick review, usually within a few hours.

Do I have to show the salary?

Yes. Every eGig job shows a salary range, per month, year, day or hour, so candidates see the pay before they apply.

Does eGig take a commission on freelance projects?

No. Post a project free, compare proposals and pay the freelancer directly as you agree. eGig takes 0% commission.

Can I search for candidates?

Yes. Signed-in members can search people by skill, city and experience and see the top 10 matches. The Recruiter plan shows every result and unlocks contact details and resumes of members who allow it.

Can I charge applicants a fee?

No. Jobs that ask applicants for money, deposits or training fees are blocked, and employers who ask for them are banned.
