APPSC Notification No. 14/2026, dated 13 Oct 2026. Apply online at psc.ap.gov.in from 13 Oct 2026 to 2 Nov 2026 (till 11:59 pm). First-time applicants must first register through One Time Profile Registration (OTPR) on the same site.
Posts: 12, Inspector of Factories in the A.P. Factories Service (zonal). Pay: ₹65,360 to ₹1,54,980. Age: 18 to 44 years as on 1 Jul 2026.
Qualification: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Industrial Engineering from a recognised university, and at least 2 years of industrial work experience in medium or large-scale manufacturing industries, preferably in industrial or occupational safety, health and environment management.
Fee: ₹250 application processing fee plus ₹120 examination fee. Some categories are exempt from the examination fee; see the notification for who qualifies.
Selection: written examination in online computer-based (CBRT) mode. The exam date will be announced later.
