How many revision rounds should I include in a quote?

Two rounds is a common default for most small-to-medium projects — enough to accommodate reasonable client feedback without open-ended scope. State the number explicitly in your proposal or contract, and price additional rounds separately (hourly or as a fixed add-on) so extra revisions become a paid conversation, not a scope argument.
