Qualifications

Graduate or postgraduate degree.

Experience and Technical Requirements

- 8–10 years of SAP PM configuration experience, including at least one end-to-end implementation.
- Experience in large manufacturing organisations or IT environments preferred.
- Strong functional and configuration expertise in SAP PM across ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of SAP and third-party system interfaces and integration mapping.
- Expertise in PM master data configuration, including materials, assemblies, serial numbers, BOMs, task lists, measuring points, counters, work centres and maintenance plans.
- Hands-on experience with breakdown, corrective, preventive, refurbishment, external service management and calibration processes.
- Experience in requirements gathering, blueprinting, functional design and documentation.
- Ensure data quality, reporting standards and alignment with relevant finance configurations.
- Support production configuration, change requests, prototyping and business implementations.
- Analyse requirements, resolve functional issues, model processes and recommend solutions.
- Conduct proof-of-concept activities, user training and functional testing.
- Assess SAP releases, upgrades and enhancements, recommending improvements.
- Develop functional specifications and collaborate with SAP BASIS and ABAP teams on development and testing.
- Lead and coordinate a small team.
