Apply by 29 Nov 2026
About the job
Junior Video Editor: Direct Response AdsRemote | Full-time independent contractor | $2,000 to $3,000 USD a month | At least 4 hours a day overlapping 10am to 6pm Dubai time
You can cut a great ad. Now find out which ones actually win.
Most editors send off their work and never see the result. Here, you'll work alongside our Senior Video Editor on real ads for real brands, and see how they perform.
Eyeball Factory is a Dubai performance creative agency working with fast-growing e-commerce and health brands on Meta and TikTok. Our founders built and sold a 7-figure e-commerce brand and grew a media company to 95,000 newsletter subscribers. We run on AI and we move fast.
The job
- Work with our Senior Video Editor on the same ads and the same output
- Cut fast-paced direct response ads: VSLs, UGC and creator cuts, hook stacks, AI UGC, AI explainers and animated ads
- Use AI tools (avatars, voice, AI b-roll, image-to-video) to make formats a typical editor can't
- Bring your own ideas for hooks, structures and visual concepts
Your KPI: 20 minutes of edited video per week, the same as the senior role.
The pay
$2,000 to $3,000 USD a month, depending on experience.
You're a fit if
- You have [1+ years] editing paid social ads, ideally for e-commerce, direct response, supplements, info products or affiliates
- You can show ads that actually ran
- You've made AI UGC, AI avatar or AI-generated ads, or you pick up new AI tools fast
- Multiple ads a day doesn't scare you
- You take feedback well and turn it around quickly
- Your English is strong enough to follow scripts precisely
- You can give at least 4 hours a day overlapping 10am to 6pm Dubai time
You're not a fit if
- Your portfolio is mostly brand films, weddings or vlogs
- You only want to edit and never think about why an ad works
- You need days to turn around one ad
How to apply
- Record a 2–3 minute Loom: pick one ad you edited and walk us through it. What was the hook, why did you choose that structure, and what would you change now?
- Fill out our application form with your portfolio link (ads only) and your Loom link:
- No Loom, no review. We watch every one.
Our process
Application with Loom, intro interview, call with our founder, paid 2-week trial, final interview, offer.
