You've edited hundreds of ads. How do you know which ones worked?
Most editors cut what they're handed, send it off and never find out. You get a brief you didn't write, for a hook you'd have done differently, and nobody tells you the result. If you only want to be handed a brief and cut it, this isn't for you.
Eyeball Factory is a Dubai performance creative agency working with fast-growing e-commerce and health brands on Meta and TikTok. Our founders built and sold a 7-figure e-commerce brand and grew a media company to 95,000 newsletter subscribers. We run on AI and we move fast.
The job
- Cut fast-paced direct response ads: VSLs, UGC and creator cuts, hook stacks, AI UGC, AI explainers and animated ads
- Use AI tools (avatars, voice, AI b-roll, image-to-video) to make formats a typical editor can't
- Bring your own hooks, structures and visual concepts. We want your brain, not only your hands
Your KPI: 20 minutes of edited video per week.
Your first 30 days
You go through intensive training: our own courses, daily calls with the founders, feedback on everything you make, and practice writing hooks, briefs and scripts yourself.
By the end of it, you're not just an editor. You're a Creative Producer. You decide what ad gets made and why, write the hook and the brief, get it produced, and read the numbers to decide what comes next. Over time, the role grows into leading creative operations and delivery.
The pay
$3,500 to $5,000 USD a month depending on experience, plus bonuses when your ads become winners.
It's a high number because this is three jobs in one: the craft, the AI stack, and the judgment to know why an ad converts.
You're a fit if
- You have 3+ years editing paid social ads, ideally for e-commerce, direct response, supplements, info products or affiliates
- You can show ads that actually ran
- You've made AI UGC, AI avatar or AI-generated ads. We'll ask which tools and what they replaced
- You've picked up a new AI tool in the last few months and it changed what you can make
- Multiple ads a day doesn't scare you
- Your English is strong enough to follow scripts precisely
- You can give at least 4 hours a day overlapping 10am to 6pm Dubai time
You're not a fit if
- Your portfolio is mostly brand films, weddings or vlogs
- You only want to edit and never think about why an ad works
- You need days to turn around one ad
