The invoice, quotation and letter tools build the document in your browser, so what you type is not uploaded. Each tool says so on its page.
Is a free invoice maker enough for GST?
A generated invoice is only a format. Whether it meets GST rules depends on the details you enter, such as your GSTIN and the place of supply. Check with a chartered accountant, and use accounting software once your volume grows.
